Governance

Structured for Accountability

TerascaleDC operates with clear governance structures that ensure transparency, accountability, and alignment across all three shareholders.

Governance Overview

As a tri-party joint venture, TerascaleDC is governed by a framework that ensures each shareholder contributes its core capabilities while maintaining unified decision-making across all project phases. Our governance model is designed to provide clients with confidence that every commitment is backed by clear lines of authority and responsibility.

Board Oversight

Strategic direction and major decisions are overseen by a board representing all three shareholders: Ahmadiah, MasTec, and Digitus. This structure ensures alignment between the organizations that fund, execute, and operate the facilities we deliver.

Operational Management

Day-to-day project execution is managed by an integrated leadership team drawn from all three shareholders. This team operates as a single entity, not as three separate companies coordinating across boundaries.

Quality and Compliance

Our operations are certified to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 standards. These certifications apply across our active project sites in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia, and they are maintained through regular audits and continuous improvement processes.

Risk Management

Our governance framework includes structured risk identification, delay analysis, and recovery planning. By managing engineering, procurement, and construction under one contract, we absorb complexity and reduce the risk profile for our clients.
