TerascaleDC is a tri-party EPC joint venture formed by Ahmadiah, MasTec, and Digitus to meet the growing demand for hyperscale data center infrastructure. We bring together decades of civil construction, global infrastructure delivery, and data center operations expertise under a single contract.
Founded for a Purpose
As digital transformation, cloud computing, and AI adoption accelerated across the region, the need for a specialized EPC contractor became critical. TerascaleDC was established to fill that gap, combining three shareholders with complementary strengths into one organization capable of delivering hyperscale data center facilities from design through commissioning.
Our model is built on a simple principle: one contract, one team, full accountability. By integrating engineering, procurement, and construction under a unified structure, we eliminate the handoffs, miscommunication, and delays that come with fragmented delivery.

A data center developer and operator managing 30+ data centers, 33,000+ km of fiber, and 5,000+ FTK sites across the region. Digitus brings operational expertise and an understanding of what hyperscale clients need from the facilities they occupy.
